Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in Sterling and include VAT at 17.5%. Orders delivered to countries outwith the United Kingdom may be liable to taxes in their own area and these will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Credit card payment will be charged on the day of shipping and will be charged in Sterling. The exchange rate, if required, will be determined by the rate ruling on that day and will be fixed by the card company.

Delivery Information

Deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail or Courier. All orders will be dispatched within 14 days. In the event of delay or unavailability of stock we will contact the purchaser as soon as possible. Deliveries outwith the United Kingdom may take up to three weeks in transit.

Data Protection

The Data Protection Act dictates that we must protect your account information against unauthorised access or release. We will not give, sell, rent or loan any identifiable personal information to any third party.

Returns Policy

Any order may be cancelled without reason up to seven days after placing an order. On receipt of your goods you may return them within seven working days for a full refund of all charges. The goods must be as new in an undamaged and unused condition. The cost of safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the purchaser and proof of postage is advisable.
